‘Leave Only Footprints’ BCP Art Competition
As we get closer to the next possible lifting of lockdown, we are aware that there have been some weekends where there have been a great number of people coming to the beaches and not all of them have been taking their rubbish with them. Some like disposal barbecues can’t be recycled and are also hazardous to wildlife.
The Council would like to put up some imaginative signage that has been developed by pupils/students around the theme of Leave only Footprints and a brief is attached. The winners will have their signs on display, but our team would like to sponsor some individual prizes; one for primary phase pupils, one for secondary and one for post-16. This prize will be a £50 voucher for art and craft supplies for a pupil in each category.
Please send a photo of your final design to Miss Egan by Friday 3rd July.

Physical and emotional wellbeing is vital at a time when children’s lifestyles could easily become more sedentary. The Dorset School Organisers working in partnership with Active Dorset have developed fun resources and challenges to support families and schools to ensure that we can keep active and healthy during this challenging time of isolation. We will provide daily inspiration and inclusive activities which will encourage children and young people to achieve 60 minutes of physical activity every day.
