The Premier League Primary Stars team has selected some fun Physical activity resources to be used at home.

Train like a Footballer - Using the motion capture technology used to generate EA SPORTS' series of FIFA video games, and featuring Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford, these clips show how to master simple movements to help you train like a footballer.
The Premier League and BBC have teamed up to get the nation’s primary-school children moving and learning, and these are also great for use at home. People in the UK can explore the wide variety of video options via the links below to the BBC site:
