Gaining Parental Consent

All children taking part in out of school activities must return a parent consent form. Children cannot take part in any out of school activities unless their parents have given permission in writing.

Permission will be sought for all children taking part in activities during the school day which involve a request for voluntary contributions or transport or movement to another location.

If children are taking part in activities which require them to stay after school parents will be notified and informed of the time the activity will end. Parents are asked to make arrangements for the children to be collected if applicable.

We will make every effort to give fair notice by text of any cancellations of activities so you know when to expect the children home. Children who cannot make contact will be expected to stay at school until the arranged time for collection.
